Service

WARRANTY AGREEMENT
Avatar Custom Electronics (ACE)
GENERAL
1. ACE will warranty the products that we build and sell for a period of 4 years from purchase date.
2. ACE will repair or replace items that do not function properly, or as they are advertised.
3. The 4 year warranty includes parts and labor that is required to make necessary repairs.
4. Out of warranty products will get the same, fast attention as those under warranty status. You will not be charged for service that you do not agree to. *
5. ACE will provide prepaid shipping tag for customer returning defective product within 30 days of purchase.
6. For product that is in warranty, ACE will pay shipping to return product to customer.

GETTING SERVICE
FOR NEW PURCHASE
1. We ask that the customer informs us ASAP by email, that they are having trouble with their product.
2. Allow Avatar to make a determination as to the best and fastest way to solve the issue for the customer.
3. Follow the instructions below, for Return Authorization and shipping.

GETTING RETURN AUTHORIZATION
To our customers, we understand your frustration when you receive products or services that do not work. Nothing is worse than getting the feeling that you are not being taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. This is something that ACE will go to extremes to keep from happening. Please understand that the customer is expected to be as diligent as we work to resolve issues. There will usually be questions that we must ask the customer in order to make sure that we are understanding the problem.  ACE understands that coaching is a job that leaves our customers always short on time, let us help you get the answers that you need!  

OUT OF WARRANTY
*Upon inspection of a product that is sent to us for service,  we will contact you ASAP with estimates and a repair plan. We will always inform you of cost and time needed before making repairs.

New Purchase (within 30 days from shipping date)
In the event that customer buys and receives a product, and the product in question is DOA or exhibits operation that is not as stated in the descriptions made by Avatar, the customer should call or email  ASAP with these concerns.  It is important that the customer makes an effort to understand what the product is designed to do and how the product is not meeting this expectation. Resolving an operational problem for customers using our products will get the highest attention. It does not matter whether the problem is with the product or with the customers operation of the product.  If you need assistance with any aspect of our products, you should contact us ASAP, we want to hear from you!

Warranty Service
   Avatar Custom Electronics (ACE) will repair or replace products found to be defective for the stated product warranty period.  ACE reserves the right to examine any product that is claimed to be defective. To receive warranty service the items must be boxed in a suitable package and sent to the provided address given in the return authorization email. Avatar will pay the return shipping for items that are under warranty.  Within 30 days of purchase,  ACE will pay shipping charges both ways.

Request Return Authorization (RA):
Send an email using this link:  

The email should include your name/school name and a detailed description of what is happening with the product.  ACE will send you a Return Authorization  and a prepaid shipping tag if applicable.  Please include your contact information, phone number and email address.
